The reception staff was attentive! They assisted us with planning a trip! Room service paid close attention to details. This location is superb! The metro station is just across the street! I found a place near a Watsons for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby

the location was acceptable, close to the mtr station. victoria park was nearby too.
the room i got was a lot smaller than i expected. the bath shower facilities seemed quite old and the sink had no storage for toiletries. it felt a bit inconvenient.

i definitely appreciated the proximity to the tin hau mtr station, it is just across the street. i found it convenient (this made getting around so easy!). the cleanliness throughout the hotel stood out to me, i noticed everything was super clean.
the air conditioning seemed a bit weak, especially with the humidity. i thought the room could have been cooler and less humid.

the beautiful twin room included soft bedding and daily housekeeping. the room size allowed for comfortable movement, even with luggage. i also enjoyed the refillable water bottles, available on each floor.

i saw several cafes near the hotel offering breakfast options. i also noticed restaurants nearby with various cuisines (especially local food stores). there is a chinese restaurant within the hotel, yet it seems quite expensive.

i noticed friendly front desk staff, always cute guests. supply replenishment happened promptly each day. i found room cleaning to be thorough and consistent, they maintained an excellent standard each day.

Fantastic Stay, A Charmed Experience!

I found the water refilling station conveniently located just outside my room. The MTR station is super close to the hotel. It's only a few minutes walk away. Amy Ko provided excellent housekeeping service and kept my room spotlessly clean. My room on a high floor offered a wonderful view.
The air freshener in the front entrance was a bit too strong for my liking.

There is a pool on the 39th floor that I noticed. I counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes in the gym . Water purifiers are available on different floors, VERY thoughtful!!!

the gym disappointed me, I must SAY. it's quite small, and the equipment is definitely old. the pool was empty, i think. it looked more like a large bathtub than a place where I could swim. it was not the experience the photos showed, I find.
